This Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into between named Plaintiffs Alphonsa Chandler, Nicholas Gore, Brent Merity, and Eric Vaughan (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the FLSA Collective and Rule 23 Washington Settlement Class described below (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Settlement Class” or “Settlement Class Members”), and by and through their attorneys Rekhi and Wolk, P.S., Terrell Marshall Law Group PLLC, and Babcock & Moore, PLC, and International Marine and Industrial Applicators LLC (“Defendant”), and by and through its attorneys Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP (the Plaintiffs and the Defendant are hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties”).
