THIS AGREEMENT is made this 15th day of March, 2004 by and between Citizens Telecommunications Company of Nebraska, a Delaware corporation, with offices at 180 S. Clinton Avenue, Rochester, NY 14646 (referred to as “Citizens”), and AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at 7277 164th Avenue NE Redmond, WA 98052, and all of its subsidiaries that are (i) consolidated with AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. for financial reporting purposes, (ii) licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to provide wireless radio and other services associated with subscriber accounts, and (iii) doing business as AT&T Wireless and/or AT&T Wireless Services (hereinafter “AWS”); AWS and Citizens may also be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and singularly as “Party”.

Clinton Avenue, Rochester, NY 14646 (referred to as “Citizens”), and AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. a Delaware corporation, having its principal place of business at 7277 164th Avenue NE Redmond, WA 98052, and all of its subsidiaries that are (i) consolidated with AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. for financial reporting purposes, (ii) licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to provide wireless radio and other services associated with subscriber accounts, and (iii) doing business as AT&T Wireless and/or AT&T Wireless Services (hereinafter “AWS”); AWS and Citizens may also be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and singularly as “Party”.
