THESE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Services Addendum”) set forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which Wind River will provide Services to Customer as specified in a Statement of Work signed by the parties (“SOW”). This Services Addendum attaches to the Wind River Framework Software License Agreement entered into between the parties (“License Agreement”). The terms and conditions of the License Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference into this Services Addendum. The parties agree as follows:
