Information concerning children in the custody of a County Human Services Department is confidential pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 48.981(7) and 48.78. Individuals reviewing case materials prior to permanency roundtables (PRT) or participating in PRT discussions conducted by the Department of Children and Families or the identified county for children in the custody of a County Human Services Department shall not disclose information obtained from the PRT except as permitted by law.
