THIS AGREEMENT between the above Training Institution (Vendor) and DLLR is for the purpose of enabling duly enrolled and eligible customers to receive services from the Vendor, as defined by the Trade Adjustment Act (TAA) and pursuant to other federal and state legislative initiatives. The maximum amount reimbursable to the Vendor for an individual trained and/or placed is specified on the Individual Training Account Authorization form, hereby made a part of this Agreement by reference, as Attachment I. This Agreement establishes the general parameters under which training may be provided pursuant to the aforementioned programs. It also contains specific provisions and terms specifically applicable to this Vendor under this Agreement.
