This is usually carried out within 5 working days and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense. The User submits a binding offer to book the selected room by printing the provided key terms to the Accommodation Service Agreement, signing it and sending the document to MILESTONE via email and post. Acceptance of the User's offer by MILESTONE and thus conclusion of the Accommodation Service Agreement is effected by MILESTONE through e- mail. MILESTONE will forward the signed – by MILESTONE as well – key terms to the Accommodation Service Agreement to the User via e-mail.
