In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth below, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant certain demised space at the York Ice Arena, (“Facility”) 941 Vander Avenue, City and County of York, Pennsylvania, as more fully described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The leased space will be referred to in this Lease as the “Premises.”
