This Agreement, where one party: Sole proprietor Andrikanych Yevhen Yosypovych, registered in the Unified state register of legal entities, sole proprietors and public organizations, in accordance with the procedure, established by current legislation (registration number of taxpayer’s registration card 3083724678, record number of the state registration in the Unified state register: 2 324 000 0000 035381 dd. 02.06.2020), and which is the single tax payer of the III group (5% net of VAT) (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor), on the one part, and any person, which accepted this offer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), on the other part, hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties, and individually as the Party, have entered into this Public offer agreement on provision of services on web-sites development training (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), addresses to the public, which is the official public offer of the Contractor to enter into this Agreement
