This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) supplements any online or other terms of service, privacy policy, or written agreement (collectively the “Agreement”) between Great Expectations Labs, Inc. (“Great Expectations”) and [ENTER NAME OF CLIENT] (“Client”), each on behalf of themselves and their Affiliates (together, the “Parties”). This DPA governs the processing of any Personal Data that Client may make accessible to Great Expectations and is effective as of the Agreementʼs effective date (“Effective Date”).
