This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) supplements any online or other terms of service, privacy policy, or written agreement (collectively the “Agreement”) between Great Expectations Labs, Inc. (“Great Expectations”) and [ENTER NAME OF CLIENT] (“Client”), each on behalf of themselves and their Affiliates (together, the “Parties”).
