Ltd., Malaysia Branch (Registration No. 995717-P), a registered Malaysia Branch under the Companies Act 2016 having its registered address at No. 10, Persiaran KLCC, Level 13A-2, Capital Tower, Platinum Park, 50088 Kuala Lumpur ("SRAL Malaysia"), such transfer to be confirmed by the High Court of Malaya under Section 102(3) of the Financial Services Act 2013 and Section 114(3) of the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 ("Scheme").
