The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is required to have a current agreement to standardize department relationships with cooperating associations. This agreement was created with significant input from cooperating association representatives and park staff. The contract and is designed to be prepared electronically as a “fillable pdf form”, except where original signatures and handwritten dates are needed.
