THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 5th day of March, 2013, (the “Effective Date”) between Gallatin River Communications L.L.C. d/b/a Centurylink GRC [“Centurylink”] a limited liability company, whose address for purposes of this agreement is 100 CenturyTel Drive, Monroe, Louisiana 71203 (“CenturyLink”) and PEG Bandwidth IL, LLC, a limited liability company, whose address for purposes of this agreement is Three Bala Plaza East, Suite 502, Bala Cynwyd, PA, 19004 (“Customer or CLEC herein”). CenturyLink and CLEC are hereinafter sometimes referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
