This COVID-19 Relief Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Puyallup, Washington, a municipal corporation hereinafter referred to as the “City,” and the Western Washington State Fair, a nonprofit operating within the City of Puyallup, hereinafter referred to as the “Grant Recipient.”
