In accordance with District Policy AS61, (DP 316, DP316A or DP316B), Utah Code 63-2-302, and Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 99, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), I understand that educational records, which include but are not limited to records contained in Skyward or other District systems, information about academic achievement, student conduct, and records related to medical conditions of students, are confidential.
