This Adobe Partner Connection Program Reseller Agreement, the Adobe Partner Connection Reseller/Retail Program Guide (as applicable), and the terms and conditions, rules or documents incorporated by reference in this Agreement, if any (together, the Agreement) form a legally binding contract between the parties. In order to resell Software Products under the Adobe Partner Connection Program, Reseller must first agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, by signing and returning this Agreement. Reseller may not resell Software Products if you do not accept the Agreement.
