This Service Attachment (the “Service Attachment”), is between GovDelivery (“Service Provider”) having an office at 408 St. Peter Street, Suite 600, St. Paul, MN 55102, and the State of Ohio, through the Department of Administrative Services, Office of Information Technology (“the State”), having its principal place of business at 1320 Arthur E. Adams Drive, 3rd Floor, Columbus, OH 43221 (jointly referred hereto as the "Parties"), and it is effective as of the date signed by the State. It amends that certain Master Cloud Services Agreement (“MCSA”) between the Parties dated (“Agreement”).
