The present Public Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") defines the procedure for rendering the service of holding the IELTS International Exam as well as the mutual rights, duties and procedures for the relationship between the Private Educational Institution "Training Center" International House", hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" in the person of the director Furs V.S., acting on the basis of the Charter, and a citizen, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", accepting a public offer on the conclusion of this Agreement.
