This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of August 31, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Texas Division of Emergency Management, a member of The Texas A&M University System (“A&M System”), an agency of the state of Texas (hereinafter referred to as “TDEM”), and CVS Pharmacy, Inc., including its subsidiaries and operating entities (hereinafter referred to as “PROVIDER”). TDEM and PROVIDER are sometimes hereinafter referred to as “Party” individually or “Parties” collectively.
