In consideration for Free Bikes 4 Kidz Maryland Inc (“FB4K”) donating a bicycle (the “Bicycle”) to the undersigned, the undersigned agrees to all of the following for themselves, and for and on behalf of their assigns, family members, heirs, personal representatives, next of kin and successors in interest, and for and on behalf of anyone who might possess or use the Bicycle. As used in this Agreement, the term “I” includes the undersigned and their assigns, family members, heirs, personal representatives, next of kin and successors in interest, and anyone who might possess or use the Bicycle.
