(the “Effective Date”), between Yorkstream Communications LLC (“CLEC Party” or "CLECP"), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of New York, with offices at 418 Broadway, Suite 4504, Albany, NY 12207, and Verizon New York Inc. (“Verizon”), a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 140 West Street, New York, NY 10007 (Verizon and CLEC Party or CLECP may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
