This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is between Educational Testing Service (ETS), a non-stock, non-profit corporation organized and existing under the Education Law of New York with principal offices located at Rosedale Road, Princeton, New Jersey 08541, and Mt. Diablo Adult Education/Mt. Diablo USD, located at Mt. Diablo Adult Education, Loma Visa Adult Center, 1266 San Carlos Avenue, Concord, California 94518-1199, together known as the Parties. This MOU establishes the understandings of the Parties as related to the services provided by ETS in support of the California High School Equivalency Certification Program.
