* NB – All payments must be made 14 days prior to the event by bank transfer. Bank details upon application. The Hirer hereby agrees with the Management Committee to observe the following rules of hire: Standard Terms and Conditions as set out in the pages (5) to (9) of this Hiring Agreement 1. The hiring period must cover the whole period including pre-event preparation and post event clearing up and the hirer will attend promptly to these times.2. Once the event has started, please keep the windows and doors closed. This is a condition of our licensing agreement as the hall is in a residential area. The hall is fitted with air conditioning and instruction on how to operate are provide in the hall.3. At the end of the event please leave the hall clean and tidy, taking away all your rubbish. There are brooms, dustpans and brushes for your use but you will need to bring your own black bags.4. Whilst there is standard equipment at the hall (e.g. kettle, microwave, cooker) you will need
