These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) shall apply to the provision by you (the “Supplier”) of the goods, deliverables, services and/or software detailed in the Purchase Order to the Barclays Group company or companies detailed in the Purchase Order (“Barclays”). By providing those goods, deliverables, services and/or software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
