The Guarantor has requested and may in the future request BOQ Credit to enter into Transaction Documents with the Dealer under which the Dealer will incur liabilities to BOQ Credit and which BOQ Credit may, at its discretion, agree to enter into, upon the Guarantor executing the guarantee. The Guarantor has agreed to enter into this guarantee and security agreement and executes this guarantee and security agreement in favour of and for the benefit of BOQ Credit. The Guarantor acknowledges incurring obligations and giving rights under this guarantee for valuable consideration received by the Guarantor from BOQ Credit.
