This Amendment (“Amendment”) effective April 1, 2017, to the Computer Equipment, Peripherals, & Services Contract No. 43211500-WSCA-15-ACS (“Contract”), between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and HP Enterprise (“Contractor”) are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Participating Addendum unless otherwise defined herein.
