This Community Workforce Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the [Design/Build] contractor and the various subcontractors that have executed this Agreement ( “Employers”) and the Sacramento-Sierra Building and Construction Trades Council (“Council”) and its affiliated local unions that have executed this Agreement (referred to individually as “Union” and collectively as “Unions”) with respect to the construction work within the scope of this Agreement contracted by Sacramento Municipal Utility District ( “SMUD”) for the Headquarters Building and Site Rehabilitation ( “Project”).
