This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement entered into between you (the individual or legal entity identified in the TARGIT License Certificate) (“You”) and: (i) TARGIT A/S, Gasværksvej 24, 2., DK-9000 Aalborg, Denmark if You acquired the Software outside of the United States; or (ii) TARGIT (US), Inc. 3550 Buschwood Park Drive, Suite 270, Tampa, FL 33618 if You acquired the Software in the United States (collectively, “TARGIT”). This Agreement governs Your use of the Software. This Agreement also applies to any Fixes and Updates to the Software except to the extent that there are terms that are included with those items which supersede this Agreement.
