THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into this 14th day of August 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between THE CITY OF BURBANK, a municipal corporation (the “City”) and FCG CONSULTANTS, INC. (the “Consultant”). The City and the Consultant are herein referred to, individually, as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
