This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) between Bitco Software, LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Washington (“Company”), and City of Chewelah, WA (“Client”), (individually a “Party”, and collectively, “Parties”), is executed and effective as of the date signed by Client (“Effective Date”).
