This Agreement is the contract of deposit which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the Signature Card. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Rogue Credit Union (“Credit Union”). The word “account” means any one or more share accounts you have with the Credit Union. The classification and form of ownership of your account(s) is designated on your Signature Card(s).
