Landlord is the owner of land and Improvements at 1499 US HWY 17 North, Wauchula, Rorida. Landlord makes available for lease, 15,538 square feet of space at $6.00 per square foot, in a commercial building designated as "Techriver" (the uLeased Space"). A sketch of the Leased Space is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
