This is a Full and Final Release and Indemnity Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) between the undersigned (hereinafter “Observer”) and the City of Covington, Kentucky, a Kentucky municipal corporation of the second class, including but not limited to the Covington Fire Department (hereinafter “City”) and City employees, elected officials, insurance companies, agents, and entities (hereinafter collectively “Employees”), with respect Observer’s participation in the observer program (hereinafter “Program”) and riding along with an EMS crew to gain a deeper understanding of pre-hospital medical care.
