Metropolitan Authority, a transportation authority and political subdivision for the State of Texas organized under Chapter 451 of the Texas Transportation Code (“Capital Metro”), and the Austin Transit Partnership, a joint local government corporation under Chapter 431 of the Texas Transportation Code (“ATP”), each a “Party” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
