This CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the Effective Date listed below, by and between MWF IV 4-States, LLC, (“Client”) a Delaware limited liability company acting by and through its agent and property manager The Molpus Woodlands Group, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company (together with Client, collectively “Molpus”) and the entity identified in the signature block below and its Representatives (as defined below) (collectively, “Company”). Client, Molpus and Company are sometimes referred to individually herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
