WHEREAS the Grantee and its servants, agents, and subcontractors wish to acquire the full right, license, power and privilege to enter upon that portion of the land as shown in the plan attached and marked as Schedule “A”, and strip, develop, process, explore, excavate, drill for, win, take, crush, stockpile and remove Gravel from the Lands and to conduct its operations according to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
