Box 100, Firestone, Colorado 80520 (the "Town"), and BEACON COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, an independent contractor with a principal place of business at 7810 Shaffer Parkway, Ste 120, Littleton, Colorado 80127("Contractor") (each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").
