This Professional Consulting Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made as of the day of July 2024, by and between Barr Engineering Co., a Minnesota corporation, its affiliates and subsidiaries (Barr) and the City of Burlington ("Client”), a city in Ward County, North Dakota, and who are referred to as a “Party” or the “Parties.”‌
