THIS AGREEMENT for the collection, transportation, and delivery for disposal or processing of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials and Yard Waste (“Collection Services”) generated within and collected from within the Village of Ashville, Ohio (the “Collection Agreement”) entered into this day of 2017, is by and between the Village of Ashville, Ohio (“Village”), with its offices located at 200 Station Street East, Ashville, Ohio 43103, and Local Waste Services (“Collection Contractor”), a Limited Liability Company with offices located at 1300 South Columbus Airport Road, Columbus, Ohio 43207.
