Subject: (New) Maine Prairie High School (MPHS) Hydration Station and MDF (Main Distribution Frame) Power Project, RGA, Architect Services Agreement, Exhibit AB.3 of the Master Architect Agreement DESCRIPTION: The CA Jacobs to MPHS Project was completed in March 2023. This project provides for additional items needed at the school – two new hydration stations and 220-v power at the MDF for low voltage systems. RGA provides this fee proposal for architectural/engineering services in the lump sum amount of $25,000.00. RGA is part of the Board-approval pool of architects for bond and non-bond work in the District.
