These terms and conditions set out the agreement between (1) you (‘you’, ‘the customer’ or ‘your’); and (2) Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited (‘us’, ‘we,’ ‘Digicel’, ‘Digicel Play’ or ‘our’); for the provision and use of Digicel Play broadband, phone, and TV service(s) supplied over Digicel Play’s networks.
