The Landmark MSO, LLC mobile application that you have downloaded (the “Landmark App Product”), created by Landmark MSO, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Application Provider” or “Licensor”) and made available through the Google Android Store (collectively, “App Store Service(s)”) is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to the Landmark App Product that you obtain through the App Store Services is subject to your prior acceptance of this Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), and you agree that the terms of this Standard EULA will apply to the Landmark App Product that you license through the App Store Service. Your license to any Landmark App Product under this Standard EULA or separate end user license agreement is granted by the Application Provider, and your license to any Third-Party Product under this Standard EULA or separate end user license agreement is granted by the Application Provider of that Third-Party Product.
