This Grant Agreement is made this 1st day of June, 2019 by and between the ARIZONA CRIMINAL JUSTICE COMMISSION hereinafter called “COMMISSION” and COCONINO COUNTY, through CITY OF FLAGSTAFF hereinafter called “GRANTEE.” The COMMISSION enters into this Agreement pursuant to its authority under the provisions of A.R.S. § 41-2405 (B)(6), and having satisfied itself as to the qualification of GRANTEE;
