This Standard Contract for the Purchase and Sale of Connecticut Class I Renewable Energy Credits from Low and Zero Emission Projects ("Agreement") in accordance with Sections 107, 108, and 110 of Connecticut Public Act No. 11-80, "An Act Concerning the Establishment of the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and Planning for Connecticut's Energy Future" is entered into as of the following date: (the "Effective Date"). This Agreement includes this Cover Sheet together with the appendices hereto. The Parties to this Agreement are the following:
