FiledSeptember 25th, 2022The purpose of this item is to gain approval by the Board of County Commissioners (Board) of an engineering and design services Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to provide the County with up to $249,207 in Safe Routes to School Program funds for Georgia Jones-Ayers Middle School. The project shall be completed by September 29, 2023 and consists of executing design plans for various safety related infrastructure improvements (e.g., sidewalk and bike lanes, traffic calming, signs, signals, flashers, crosswalks, school zone signs and ramps).
