This project cooperation agreement (the “Contract”) is entered into by and between the General Land Office (the “GLO”) and Galveston Bay Foundation, the Qualified Project Partner (“QPP”), each a “Party” and collectively “the Parties,” under the Coastal Erosion Planning and Response Act, Texas Natural Resources Code Sections 33.601-.613 (“CEPRA” or the “Act”) for CEPRA Project No. 1675, entitled, “Oyster Lake Habitat Protection and Restoration - Phase III”.
