We are a trading division of TUI UK Limited, Company Number 02830117, having its Registered Office address at TUI Travel House, Crawley Business Quarter, Fleming Way, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 9QL and Our Agreement With You sets out what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you buy a Package Holiday from us and will not apply to any course of dealings between us other than the Package Holiday booked. The Package Holiday as advertised by us will also have restrictions set out in our AZ Guide (www.firstchoice.co.uk/azguide) which should also be read carefully. Because we sell a wide variety of Package Holidays you should read our AZ Guide and these terms and conditions carefully, before you book, to see how they affect your specific travel arrangements made by us.
