This online Agency Funding Participation (“AFP”) Max-PlanTM Profit Sharing Agreement (hereinafter “AFP Max-PlanTM Agreement”), the authorized and current text of which is posted at www.capitalpremium.net/max, is between Capital Premium Financing, Inc. (“Capital Premium”) and “Agency” as adopted by a corresponding AFP Max-PlanTM Acknowledgement and Certification Agreement (hereinafter “AFP Max-PlanTM Acknowledgement and Certification Agreement”) executed by the parties.
