, Dedham, Massachusetts (the “Property”), hereby grant to the Town of Dedham, and its duly authorized employees, agents, and contractors, and their respective subcontractors, (collectively, the “Town”) a right to enter upon the Property, together with such materials and equipment as are necessary for the purpose of inspecting the sewer service on the Property, which may include portions of the service located within the dwelling, and/or repairing, replacing or re-lining the same for the purpose of eliminating sources of infiltration.
