These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Agreement") govern Recipient Organizations’ (“Or- ganization”) use of INFC’s Internet-based application: Infrastructure Recipient Information Sys- tem (“IRIS”). This Agreement is between you, the user of IRIS and representative of your Or- ganization, and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of In- frastructure and Communities (“Canada”) and sets out the terms of use of IRIS. This Agreement is a legal contract between the above noted parties. You, a user of IRIS, acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this Agreement:
