Today is March 15, 2022. Xin He (DOB: Dec 17, 1986) agrees to transfer $30,000 as a gift to Renyuan Zhang (DOB: Oct 27, 1984)’s bank account. He will use this gift as a bank asset verification in order to get mortgage for his own apartment purchase. Xin He will have zero interest in any properties purchased and owned by Renyuan Zhang in future. With that said, Renyuan Zhang is sole owner of the property and will be responsible for the entire mortgage. In case of divorce, Xin He will not be responsible for the entire mortgage of that property which is under Renyuan Zhang’s name. In addition, Xin He will not be responsible for any Renyuan Zhang’s debt incurred after today’s date if the two decide to file divorce.
